I agree to all pricing {i.e. reservation/retainer fee, session fee, and the requirement of purchasing one of the four predesigned packages. I am agreeing to the pricing guidelines that were in place at the time of paying my reservation fee}. I agree and acknowledge that I have read A Moment 2 Remember Photography’s investment sheet and any questions I may have had about pricing have been asked and answered prior to signing this contract. I understand the reservation/retainer fee of $200 is due at time of booking a session and that the session fee ($195+ depending on the session) is due in full at the time of session and that both are non-refundable. I understand that the session fee does NOT include any digital photos or products and I am required to purchase a package. Packages start at $1,000 and increase from there.

MODEL RELEASE I hereby grant A Moment 2 Remember Photography and their legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or photographs in which myself, family, and/or child(ren) will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any other manner of good taste. This may include, but is not limited to: blogs, websites, Facebook, advertisements, print materials, and portfolios. I hereby release A Moment 2 Remember Photography and their legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. I commission A Moment 2 Remember Photography (Jessica Barefield), to photograph myself and/or my underage children. In the case that the subject(s) is a minor(s), I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child(ren) in this session.
